Our return policy: We will take returns for refund or exchange with one week's notification after receipt of the sweater, and the sweater returned to us within thirty days after receipt. Custom items may not be returnable, if the sizing or color combination can not be resold. We let custom orders know in advance if the sweater would be a final sale. Custom items can, in most cases, be altered to fit. If the alteration inclues lengthing the sweater significantly, additional costs will incur. To assure that the sweaters are just right, accurate measuring is essential. Please refer to the images on the left of this page for specifics on measuring your pet! If you purchased a sweater from one of the shops, or an on line store, then that store's return policy applies.
